How Do I Count Website Pages?
Please talk with your Onboarding Specialist for the best ways to set up your site to get the most out of your page count.
Each subscription plan allows for a specific number of pages that can be used any way you wish. Your theme will come with some “demo content” pages, which do count against your page count, but they can easily be deleted if you need to use those additional pages. Specific Events, News Articles, and Blog Posts do not count against your page count.
The exceptions to this are as follows:
- Every theme needs one (1) page inside of the Pages Module that has the Events Template assigned to it in order for the general Events Page to show up. This is the page that houses all of the individual Events.
- Some of the themes need one (1) page inside of the Pages module that has the Articles Template assigned to it in order for the general News Articles Page to show up. This is the page that houses all of the individual News Articles.
One more thing to keep in mind is also that our Pages Module is distinctly different from our Navigation Module. Navigation items can be linked directly to things that are not pages (i.e. Blogs, Forms, etc.). Additionally, Navigation items do not need to be linked to anything and can instead be used for organizational purposes only.
